  • He must be an area authority , lifting supervisor and have a sound knowledge in permit to work system.

  • Mandatory to participate in the daily shutdown , integrity and HSE team meetings.

  • He must complete all the inspection outages and plan for next outages resources well in advance

  • review previous outage report and engage with other team to ensure spares and material available for rectification of the finding .

  • Execute all scope of work requirements by doing the site visit before the start inspection outages of the gas turbine / generator and other various equipment according to the company quality and HSE plan.

  • A thorough understanding of the operation/ maintenance inspection of a gas turbine power station and to be capable of utilizing that knowledge for troubleshooting faults.

  • Proficient use of MS word, Excel and MS outlook

  • Excellent Engineering reporting skills both oral and written

  • Man, management and communication skills.

  • Ability to operate ettectively in occasional pressured situations and make appropriate technical judgment, according to engineering principles
