Hiring: Senior Odoo Developer – Onsite (Muscat, Oman) or Remote

We are hiring a Senior Odoo Developer with at least 8 years of experience, including strong expertise in Odoo development, customization, integrations, and technical architecture. The candidate will lead end-to-end Odoo projects, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations.

Mandatory Requirement:


• Develop and customize Odoo modules across CRM, Sales, POS, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, etc.


• Lead technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.


• Build and manage Odoo integrations (APIs, third-party systems, webhooks).


• Customize frontend (QWeb, XML, JS) and optimize Odoo performance.


• Manage migrations between Odoo versions and optimize PostgreSQL.


• Lead junior developers and collaborate with consultants for solution delivery.


• Troubleshoot issues and prepare technical documentation.

Required Skills


• Strong hands-on experience in Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL.


• Deep knowledge of Odoo v12–v19 and Linux/Ubuntu environments.


• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.


• Good understanding of server maintenance.

Preferred


• Experience of working with multiple Odoo partners.


•
Have experience of cloud deployment knowledge.
