We have an urgent requirement for  Project Technical Lead – Enterprise Payments Hub ACH, RTGS, SWIFT, ISO 20022 is required for one of our banking clients in Oman

Strong experience on Enterprise Payment Hub is THE  Must 

Strong experience on EPH, ACH, RTGS, Cross-Border Payments, SWIFT CBPR+, ISO 20022 is MUST

Strong experience Core Banking & Middleware Integration: Real-time/batch, ESB, API/Microservices, reconciliation is MUST

Strong experience on SWIFT, ISO 20022, encryption, RBAC, audit support is MUST

Strong experience on banking domain is MUST

 Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of the Bank's Enterprise Payments Hub (EPH), ensuring seamless integration with Core Banking, channels, middleware, SWIFT, and clearing networks, while maintaining regulatory compliance, security, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities (Mandatory)

  • Serve as single technical authority for EPH design, build, testing, and go-live
  • Lead domestic and cross-border payments integrations (ACH, RTGS, GCC RTGS, Instant Payments, SWIFT CBPR+, SWIFT GO, SWIFT API)
  • Define and validate ISO 20022 messages and MT/ISO transformations
  • Lead Core Banking and Middleware (ESB) integrations, including exception handling and reconciliation
  • Integrate EPH with channels, AML, fraud, and sanction screening systems
  • Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations, SWIFT CBPR+, ISO 20022, and Bank security policies
  • Lead security reviews, penetration tests, and audit remediation
  • Define and govern test strategy, SIT/UAT, performance, DR, and cutover plans
  • Maintain all mandatory project documentation (HLD/LLD, API specs, message mappings, DR/BCP, test/go-live plans)
  • Provide technical oversight of vendors and system integrators, ensuring quality, compliance, and architectural alignment

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science / IT
  • 10–15 years IT experience, 6–8 years in Payments systems
  • 3–5 years as Project Technical Lead in banking transformation
  • Proven delivery of at least one full Enterprise Payment Hub or SWIFT/ISO 20022 implementation
