About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
Smart Homes & ELV Projects Engineer / Manager
to lead the execution of advanced
smart home automation
and
Extra Low Voltage (ELV)
system projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership:
  Plan, manage, and deliver smart home and ELV projects—covering design, installation, integration, and commissioning—on time and within budget.
• System Integration:
  Manage
  KNX
  and
  wireless smart automation
  systems, ensuring seamless performance across lighting, HVAC, security, A/V, and energy management.
• Team Development:
  Source, build, and lead skilled teams tailored to project needs; recruit and train new talent.
• Subcontractor Oversight:
  Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Client Relations:
  Serve as the main client contact, ensuring satisfaction through transparent communication and technical excellence.
• Budget & Quality Control:
  Manage budgets, resources, and project documentation while maintaining top safety and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise:
  Oversee ELV systems—CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and intercom systems.
• Design Skills:
  Use
  AutoCAD
  (or equivalent software) for creating and updating system drawings and schematics.
• Tendering & Proposals:
  Prepare competitive technical proposals and bid submissions for new projects.
• Training:
  Willingness to travel to
  Turkey
  for short training on our exclusive wireless solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in
  Electrical Engineering
  (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years
  of experience managing
  smart home
  and
  ELV
  projects.
• Proven expertise with
  KNX-based
  and
  wireless smart automation systems
  .
• Strong ability to
  build and lead project teams
  .
• Proficiency in
  AutoCAD
  and
  project management tools
  (MS Project, Primavera).
• Solid experience managing
  subcontractors
  and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Valid Gulf driving license
  (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or GCC equivalent) —
  mandatory
  .
• PMP certification
  is highly desirable.

• Experience in
  high-end residential
  or
  commercial smart projects

• Knowledge of
  IoT
  device integration and
  solar energy systems
  .
• Ability to handle
  multiple projects
  in a fast-paced environment.
• Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
