Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations, based in Bawshar. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategies to ensure efficiency, and manage resources to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating staff activities, ensuring a high standard of customer service, managing budgets, and analyzing operational performance metrics. The role requires continuous collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize lounge operations and enhance guest experience.

• Strong background in Operations Management and excellent Analytical Skills
• Proven experience in Team Management and Budgeting
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain high service standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality or luxury service management is highly desirable
