Role Overview:

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality visual output that aligns with brand identity and client objectives. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, strategy, and content teams to produce compelling campaigns that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution.
  • Develop innovative design concepts and ensure brand consistency across all projects.
  • Supervise and mentor designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative creative environment.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to translate client briefs into effective visual solutions.
  • Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in a creative/design leadership role within a marketing, advertising, or branding agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, print, and multimedia campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and how to apply them visually.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
