Position Title: Restaurant Floor Manager

Location: Mall of Oman, Muscat

Salary: OMR 450 / month

Nationality: Omani only

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Omani Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house operations of a modern bakery café located in Mall of Oman. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a warm, service-driven approach to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional café experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

  • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the café.
  • Ensure service standards are consistently upheld across all guest interactions.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and courteously.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate the service team to deliver smooth and efficient operations.
  • Plan and manage staff schedules in line with business needs.
  • Conduct daily briefings to align the team on priorities, specials, and performance goals.

Operations & Coordination

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness before trading hours.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen, cashier, and barista teams for seamless order flow.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and display standards in compliance with mall and brand requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels for service materials and communicate needs to the store manager or procurement.

Sales & Reporting

  • Support management in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Promote upselling and guest loyalty initiatives.
  • Prepare daily reports covering sales, team performance, and operational highlights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Omani nationality (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a café, bakery, or casual dining restaurant (mall experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident using POS systems and managing basic reporting.
  • Presentable, organized, and able to lead a young, energetic team.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Based on mall operating hours (including weekends and public holidays).

Pay: RO per month
