Job Description – Female Fitness Instructor at SISU Fitness Studio

SISU Fitness Studio is seeking a dynamic and passionate Female Fitness Instructor to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who can inspire, motivate, and deliver world-class training experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Les Mills group fitness classes with energy, professionalism, and passion.
  • Provide personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals.
  • Support, motivate, and encourage clients at all fitness levels.
  • Work closely with the SISU team to create a positive and engaging community.
  • Bring creativity and enthusiasm to every class and session.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Certified in Les Mills programs and personal training.
  • Strong ability to develop clients' progress while maintaining safety and motivation.
  • Passionate, flexible with schedules, and adaptable to client needs.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a positive, driven personality.
  • Highly motivated, active, and committed to continuous self-development.
