We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to play a
pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of our operations
.

You'll be responsible for
coordinating across various internal departments and external suppliers
, with a crucial focus on overseeing all import and purchase activities.

  1. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Ensure all importations and purchases are handled efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

  3. Coordinate effectively between the sales team, store team, and purchasing department to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and efficient inventory management.
  4. Oversee and monitor overall supply chain operations.
  5. Perform accurate and timely data entry for all logistics-related information.
  6. Facilitate effective warehouse coordination to optimize the storage and movement of goods.
  7. Guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of goods to their destinations.
  8. Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, transporters, and customers.
  9. Track inventory and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and excesses.
  10. Identify and resolve logistics issues promptly and efficiently.
  11. Maintain accurate records and generate comprehensive reports on logistics activities.

  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulations and company policies.

  13. Qualifications:

  14. A minimum Bachelor's degree in
    logistics
    .

  15. Minimum of three [03] years of experience.
  16. Deep understanding ISO9001 is highly appreciated
  17. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  18. Problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
