Signature Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee and Roaster shop in Oman. As the first specialty coffee shop in Suwaiq town, we pride ourselves in leading the coffee culture in the Al Batinah region. We currently have three branches.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Coffee Roaster located in Muscat. The Coffee Roaster will be responsible for roasting coffee beans, ensuring quality control, and maintaining the consistency of specialty coffee. Additional responsibilities include training new staff members and ensuring communication with the team for optimal process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Skills in Coffee Roasting and Specialty Coffee
• Experience in Quality Control to ensure consistency and high standards
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Training and mentoring new team members
• Passion for coffee and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must
• Knowledge of coffee equipment maintenance
