1.Surveyor

Conduct site surveys for:

• Industrial buildings
• Refineries / Petrochemical facilities
• Process plants

Operate and manage Total Station Survey Equipment

Set out site boundaries and elevation levels for excavation and construction

Assist in preparing survey reports and site documentation

Collaborate with project engineers and site teams for accurate execution

Ensure all work complies with project specifications and safety standards

2.Document Controller & Admin

Experience in Document Control functions in Engineering and Construction Industry.

3. Scaffolding Supervisor

Supervise scaffold erection, dismantling, and modification as per project needs

Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of scaffold systems, including steel towers and mobile scaffolds

Conduct pre-use inspections and ensure scaffolds are properly tagged and certified

Provide hands-on training to scaffolders and junior staff

Coordinate closely with the Scaffolding Engineer and report on progress regularly

Enforce HSE compliance and promote a culture of safety on-site

Lead and manage a team of scaffolders to achieve project timelines and quality standards

Certification in Scaffolding Safety / Inspection (preferred)

4.Rigging Supervisor

• Responsible for overseeing and executing all rigging and slinging operations on the project.
• Duties include securing loads for lifting and movement, with a strong understanding of heavy lifting operations involving loaded containers.
• The ideal candidate should be capable of conducting hands-on training in rigging, slinging, and signaling techniques, ensuring best practices are followed across the team.
• A strong emphasis on safety is essential, with the expectation that all daily activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
• The Rigging Supervisor will report regularly to the Workshop Manager or Project Engineer and should be confident in leading and managing rigging teams effectively on-site.

5. Foreman/Supervisor

Proven experience in equipment erection as a Supervisor within the Oil & Gas industry.
