HR Management in the Entertainment Sector

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Muscat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include managing performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting the professional growth of employees. The role also involves HR process optimization and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing and developing HR policies to align with the nature of work in the entertainment sector, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Supervising the recruitment process and selecting suitable talents that contribute to delivering a distinctive entertainment experience.
  • Designing training and incentive programs for employees to improve performance and foster team spirit.
  • Monitoring personnel affairs including attendance, leaves, performance appraisals, and professionally resolving daily issues.
  • Participating in setting strategic plans related to the organizational structure and corporate culture of the company.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment, hiring processes, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and managing workplace diversity and inclusion
  • Experience in implementing HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and organizational policy enforcement
  • Ability to oversee performance management systems, employee evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
  • Leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in fostering team collaboration
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar position within the industry is highly preferred
