TC2 Group provides Engineering and Technical Services to major international industrial projects. We are currently supporting a Leading Player in the Energy and O&G sector that is looking for a Commisioning Expert in Mechanical field.

The Role

We are seeking a
Commisioning Expert - Mechanical
to join the team dedicated to commissiong of an Oil & Gas FIRED HEATER plant. This plant is based
in
OMAN.

The product under compketion at site, is a Process Fired Heater with Box and cylindrical Radiant type supplied together with Burners, Burner Management Systems (BMS), Gas Skids, Instrumentation, Combustion Air Fans, Exhaust Gases Stacks, Walkways, Ladders, Platforms as complete Turn-On-Key package.

Period of work
:
for around 3 weeks starting soon (from the last week of November 2025) till middle of Decembre 2025

Key Responsibilities

·     Monitors, verifies and reports on Mechanical commissioning activities compliance with the Contractor's schedules

·      Review Operational Test Procedures associated with the Commissioning of mechanical systems

·      Interface with the Vendors / Supplier of mechanical equipments: pumps, fans, piping, valves, pressure equipment

·      Understanding of mechanical systems and performance testing requirements

·     Participate in the hand over acceptance of systems with the Mech. Completion and Operations group

·      Executing commissioning activities within budget and schedule

·      Ensuring a high standard of safety is achieved and Environmental and Quality Assurance procedures are followed

·      Participating in technical meetings and handle discussions with client engineers

Requirements

·     The position requires strong previuos knowledge and skills about commissioning procedure for mechanical works

·      HSE rules knowledge to work at site

·      Ability to work under pressure in milestone-driven environments

·      Strong command of English

·      Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience in milestone-driven projects.
