Opererai in un ambiente orientato all'innovazione tecnologica, occupandoti dello sviluppo di soluzioni End to End di Intelligenza Artificiale con particolare focus sull'applicazione di Large Language Models e Agenti AI.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• Analizzare casi di business e tradurli in soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale;
• Disegnare la soluzione secondo gli aspetti tecnici e tecnologici;
• Identificare, elaborare ed integrare fonti di dati per supportare strumenti e metodologie Data-Driven;
• Costruire AI pipeline complete, dall'ingestione dei dati alle applicazioni frontend nel Cloud;
• Comunicare e condividere i dettagli del progetto con gli utenti aziendali per creare fiducia e spiegare le metodologie;
• Sviluppo del team: Fare da mentore ai nuovi membri del team sia nell'ambito del progetto che per migliorare le loro competenze e la loro crescita come Data Scientist e AI Engineer.
• Supportare il lancio e gestire la manutenzione delle applicazioni.

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai maturato 3 anni di esperienza di lavoro su progetti di Advanced Analytics;
• Possiedi una buona conoscenza di Python;
• Possiedi una buona conoscenza di come progettare e organizzare un Modello di Dati;
• Possiede delle competenze solide in ambito statistico e modelli di machine learning;
• Possiedi una buona conoscenza di come rappresentare i risultati graficamente;
• Possiedi una buona conoscenza degli ambienti Cloud;
• Esperienza nell'elaborazione di tecniche di Natural Language Processing (NLP) e AI generativa;
• Hai una buona padronanza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente con esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero.

Specifically, you will join our Lighthouse team in Rome.

Lighthouse is the KPMG Advisory centre of excellence delivering an array of data & analytics solutions.

You will work in a technology-driven environment, focusing on the development of end-to-end Artificial Intelligence solutions, with particular emphasis on the application of Large Language Models and AI Agents.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing business cases and translating them into Artificial Intelligence solutions;
• Designing the solution from both technical and technological perspectives;
• Identifying, processing, and integrating data sources to support data-driven tools and methodologies;
• Building complete AI pipelines, from data ingestion to frontend applications in the Cloud;
• Communicating and sharing project details with business users to build trust and explain the methodologies;
• Team development: Mentoring new team members both within the project and to enhance their skills and growth as Data Scientists and AI Engineers;
• Supporting the launch and managing the maintenance of applications.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience working on Advanced Analytics projects;
• You have a good knowledge of Python;
• You have a solid understanding of how to design and organize a Data Model;
• You possess strong skills in statistics and machine learning models;
• You are proficient in visually representing results;
• You have a good knowledge of Cloud environments;
• You have experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and Generative AI;
• You have a good command of the English language, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
