Asset Valuator

Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuation of various asset classes: real estate, vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
• Prepare professional valuation reports in line with RICS / IVS standards.
• Carry out physical inspections, collect market data, and apply appropriate valuation methods.
• Coordinate with banks, finance companies, and private clients for valuation requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Omani laws and international valuation practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Finance / Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of valuation experience in Oman.
• Proven experience in vehicle and asset valuation (not only real estate).
• Knowledge of international standards (IVS, RICS).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Omani driving license preferred.
