Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Arbitration Lawyer based in Muscat, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. Responsibilities include managing arbitration proceedings, drafting legal documents, representing clients in hearings, providing analysis on legal issues, and offering advisory services on arbitration and dispute resolution. The role requires collaboration with clients and team members to ensure efficient case management and top-tier legal services.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in arbitration, dispute resolution, and legal advisory services
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, agreements, and contracts
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills in the legal context
• Ability to manage clients and provide professional legal representation
• Comprehensive knowledge of both local and international arbitration laws
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master's degree or specialization in arbitration is an advantage
• Professional certifications in legal practice or arbitration would be preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex legal matters efficiently
• Relevant experience in arbitration or dispute resolution is highly desirable
