Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at RIKAZ, located in Bawshar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship skills
  • Market Research and Sales Strategy development skills
  • Effective Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
