Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Director at RIKAZ, located in Bawshar. The Marketing Director will oversee market planning, marketing management, and sales strategy. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead generation and conversion. Additionally, the Marketing Director will supervise the marketing team, allocate budgets, and track campaign performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Marketing
- Proficiency in conducting Market Research and Sales strategy
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
