You will ensure that construction activities are carried out in compliance with the contract documents, drawings, method statements, and industry standards. Your role will focus on site inspections, contractor coordination, and ensuring quality and safety during project execution.Your key responsibilitiesAssist the Resident Engineer in day-to-day supervision of substation electrical works.Conduct regular site inspections to verify contractor performance and compliance with drawings and approved methods.Liaise with all technical disciplines and attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings.Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and construction-related documents.Monitor and witness construction and testing activities to ensure contract compliance.Support final inspections, completion certification, and handover of works.Ensure effective implementation of safety measures on site.Your qualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (approved by relevant authorities).Minimum 8 years' experience in electrical engineering projects, with proven experience in substation works.Previous OETC approval is preferred.Who you areStrong knowledge of electrical engineering practices in high-voltage substations.Skilled in site supervision, contractor coordination, and reviewing technical submissions.Familiar with regional authority standards and utility requirements.Your soft skillsStrong interpersonal and coordination abilities.Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving technical/site issues.Comfortable working in multicultural, fast-paced environments.PreferencePrior experience with OETC or other major utilities will be highly preferred.Who we areOur top priorities are people, ethics, safety, and sustainability.
