Job Overview:
A dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to be in our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, will play a key role in driving company revenue and growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Identify and target potential clients through proactive lead generation activities.
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Presentations:
· Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
· Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
· Customize presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
Relationship Building:
· Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
· Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
· Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine sales processes.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Negotiation and Closing:
· Conduct negotiations to secure profitable deals for both the client and the company.
· Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
· Able to prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven 4 years or more experience as a Sales Executive or in Aluminum sector in GCC or Oman.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
