Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Manager located in Muscat. The Boutique Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and providing support to staff in managing day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include product merchandising, maintaining store displays, managing inventory, supervising and mentoring team members, and ensuring high standards in customer experience. The Boutique Manager will also handle administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the boutique meets sales goals and adheres to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of products and experience in managing boutique operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a memorable shopping experience
• Proven ability in team management, including staff supervision and mentoring
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in retail or luxury goods management is an advantage
• Good at marketing and bringing new designers
