Role Overview

We are looking for a
self-driven, entrepreneurial professional
to join as
Regional Head – Oman
. You will take ownership of the NRI market in Oman, building relationships, converting leads, and driving investments through the platform.

This position is fully performance-based, with compensation linked directly to the results you achieve.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow 's presence in
    Oman's NRI community
    .
  • Connect with NRIs to educate them about investing in India via mutual funds.
  • Convert
    app users and leads
    into active investments.
  • Build your own network and client base, and develop
    referral channels
    where possible.
  • Coordinate with the India team to track performance, investor engagement, and AUM growth.
  • Provide feedback to improve platform usability, investor experience, and marketing strategies.

Who You Are

  • Based in
    Oman
    , with strong connections in the
    Indian NRI community
    .
  • Background in
    sales, wealth management, financial products, or client advisory
    (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — thrives in a
    performance-driven environment
    .
  • Strong communication skills in
    English
    (Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus).
  • Comfortable using technology to guide clients through digital investment platforms.
