Zaheb Foods is a fast-growing Omani food brand specialized in premium meat products including camel, lamb, beef, tuna, and seafood items. With strong local market presence and a growing international demand, we are expanding our footprint across the GCC and global markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager with a proven track record in meat processing or frozen food exports. The ideal candidate will lead Zaheb's international growth, build strong distributor networks, and drive export sales while ensuring compliance with international standards and certifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Zaheb's export sales strategy across GCC, Asia, and international markets.
Identify and onboard distributors, importers, and key accounts.
Prepare and negotiate export contracts and commercial terms.
Ensure compliance with export documentation, labeling, and certifications (Halal, ISO, HACCP).
Conduct competitive analysis and recommend pricing strategies.
Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Represent Zaheb at trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B meetings.
Report monthly on export sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in export sales within the meat or frozen food industry.
Solid understanding of GCC and international food export markets.
Proven ability to establish distributor relationships and achieve export targets.
Strong knowledge of export procedures, logistics, and documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
