At OBM you will:


• Sell the organization's products and services through a consultative selling approach and maintains good relationships with key individuals within the accounts


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and government regulations that effect target markets.


• Understand organization's business needs, develop application of products and services and effectively communicate company's technical value-added solutions to meet those needs including: researching and developing lists of potential customers; identifying and qualifying business opportunities, making regular sales calls to develop relationships and following-up on sales leads


• Generate and coordinate solutions with other functions or team members to solve complex problems


• Prepare Tenders, formal proposals and present to all levels of the organization including executive level


• Prepare status reports, including Forecast sheet, activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.


• Establish and maintain professional relationships as trusted advisor with current and potential clients


• Develop strong relationships with customer contacts at executive level to gain insight into the business imperatives and IT drivers enabling development of a strategy to sell company's solutions.


• Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making process, overcome obstacles to closure and close sales in a professional and effective manner


• Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals


• knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process, ensure CRM tools are utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry


• Fluency in English


• At least 5 years experience dealing with public sector and/or large enterprise accounts in Oman


• Bachelor degree in Business or IT


• Proven track record on achieving and overachieving assigned sales target
