We specialize in complex infrastructure projects and are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Site Engineer to oversee all civil and structural activities on a major upcoming project.

Role Overview:

The Senior Site Engineer will be the on-site authority for all civil and structural engineering matters. This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of managing large-scale construction sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all structural work is executed safely, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with the project specifications and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and manage all on-site civil and structural construction activities.


• Ensure compliance with all engineering standards, design drawings, and project specifications.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and safety protocols.


• Resolve complex technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.


• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the project management team to ensure smooth workflow.


• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.


• Maintain detailed site records, including daily reports, progress photos, and inspection logs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


• Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or a postgraduate degree (M.Sc./Ph.D.) in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.


• Experience: A minimum of 20 years in progressively responsible site engineering and management roles.


• Project Portfolio: The candidate's experience must include the successful completion of at least three (3) projects in a similar senior site engineer capacity, with a comparable nature and scope of work.
