Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Surveyor based in Muscat. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting topographic and land surveys, utilizing total stations, and performing building surveys. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting, analyzing, and mapping survey data, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
• Proficiency with Total Station equipment
• Skills in Building Surveying and general Surveying practices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification or license in Land Surveying is a plus
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is beneficial
