Senior Immigration Counselor

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Counselor to guide clients through the process of applying for visas, study abroad, and migration opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple client cases effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on immigration and visa processes for various countries.
• Assess client eligibility and provide accurate guidance on documentation and application procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, regulations, and policies.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of applications.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to counseling and conversions.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and case updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, study abroad, or visa counseling (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under deadlines.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving attitude.
