Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Marmul, Oman. The Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, enforcing construction safety protocols, preparing and managing budgets, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring project progress aligns with established schedules and controls.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to manage on-site teams and ensure efficient workflow.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and enforcement of safety standards.
- Experience in construction and project controls, including scheduling, monitoring progress, and resource allocation. (PDO previous experience will be preffered)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of construction regulations and industry best practices in Oman is an advantage.
