Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent)
• Certification in Occupational Health
• ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• ATLS Advanced Trauma Life Support
• Emergency Department experience or membership
• 7+ years post-qualification, with 3.5 years each in Emergency Medicine and Occupational Health, preferably in industrial sectors like oil & gas.
• Certified MRO (Medical Review Officer) MOH License (Desirable)
• Knowledge about Occupational Health and Hygiene,

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct Pre-employment and periodic medical exams
• Aware about classifying the work-related injuries
• Able to read and diagnose the alcohol and drug results and follow the actions accordingly.
• Track and manage occupational illnesses and injuries
• Identify and assess health hazards
• Advise on preventive measures and industrial hygiene
• Develop health protocols and ensure legal compliance
• Support HR with wellness and return-to-work programs
• Provide health counseling and mental wellbeing guidance
• Lead training on first aid and emergency response
• Maintain medical documentation
• Offer expert input on insurance and legal matters
• Coordinate with safety teams, HR, and healthcare professionals
