Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Polyurea Project Manager to lead and manage our waterproofing and protective coating projects across Oman. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in polyurea applications, project execution, QA/QC, client coordination, and site management.

This role requires hands-on experience in reservoirs, STP tanks, water structures, industrial concrete, metal surfaces, and coordination with major contractors and consultants.

� Responsibilities
  • Oversee all polyurea and waterproofing projects from planning to handover.
  • Prepare method statements, technical submissions, and project schedules.
  • Manage site teams, applicators, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure strict QA/QC procedures, DFT testing, surface preparation, and coating standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Control material planning, spraying machines, and consumables.
  • Handle safety compliance and ensure site meets HSE standards.
  • Resolve technical issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality requirements.
� Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years experience in waterproofing / polyurea / coatings.
  • Strong understanding of concrete repair, surface profiling, primers, DFT, and application processes.
  • Experience working on tanks, reservoirs, pumping stations, STP, industrial facilities, etc.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid GCC/UAE/Oman experience is an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5–10 years experience in polyurea, waterproofing, or industrial protective coatings.
  • Strong technical background in surface preparation, primers, DFT measurement, spraying systems, and concrete repair.
  • Proven experience managing tank/reservoir/STP projects or large infrastructure waterproofing works.
  • Ability to handle site teams, applicators, subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants/contractors.
  • Excellent in project planning, QA/QC documentation, reporting, and client communication.
  • Must be able to work independently and deliver projects within deadline and budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
  • Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.
