Senior Barista

Senior Barista – Muscat, Oman (Immediate Hiring)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Barista to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate should have Gulf experience and a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to deliver exceptional coffee and beverage experiences.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in the Gulf region (minimum 3+ years).
• Skilled in preparing all espresso-based drinks, manual brewing methods, matcha, and mocktails.
• Ability to develop and follow recipes for consistency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to create a welcoming and repeat guest experience.
• Capable of taking customer orders, recommending beverages, and upselling menu items.
• Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and proper beverage presentation standards.
• Immediate joiners only.
