Service Engineer

Key Job responsibilities and duties

1. Primary focal point and lead maintenance team for Customer service support and AMC related works.

2. Mainly Required Certification about Honeywell Prowatch 6.5 Version

3. Responsible for resolving all service-related issues.

4. Responsible for ELV Systems, Security, ICT and Telecom Solutions for Service Expert and Support Works.

5. Managing clients without escalation and taking the responsibilities of achieving all milestone successfully for the agreed scope with clients.

6. Working with all other team members without any disputes and utilize the resource effectively. Responsible in delivering client SLA without NCR and in meeting client expectations.

7. Maintains expertise in the principles and techniques required for hardware and software system integration.

8. Maintain spare parts list and take required action on time for the spare management.

9. Maintains knowledge of current and emerging technologies and industry best practices related to all security & Telecom systems.

10.Coordinate with system vendors and customer as necessary to implement, integrate, update and test the system.

11.Responsible for timely procurement of all site related PO and coordination with all the parties to track the ordered items till receive at site.

12.Proper and timely coordination with vendor, supplier and subcontractors.

13.Responsible for service delivery in all aspects as per contract requirements and scope agreed.

14.Responsible to implement industrial standard and Following high quality standards in execution.

15.Responsible for all technicalities and Level1 & Level2 support to teams in maintaining the Low current systems like CCTV Surveillance Systems, Electronic Access Control Systems, Gates & HVM, PIDS, Electrified Fence, BMS, LCS, AV systems, ICT and Telecom Systems etc.

16.Responsible for all system upgradation and ensure the systems are having latest update. Perform & work on all upgradations [to keep up the systems to latest versions], migrations, and expansion works in all aspects. Also, to ensure all integration works and compatibility.

17.Responsible for meeting the contract performance to its specifications and contractual requirements and client obligations for the assigned projects.

18.Responsible for SSA/CarePlus/SUP, and maintaining all clients. Highlight the renewal date of SSA/Careplus/SUP timely to get it renewed.

19.Responsible in maintaining all spares and RMA.

20.Troubleshoots, services, add-on project install and commissioning, and repairs equipment at customer sites, maintains field service log and filing system to properly initiate, organize and maintain all field service and job files until work is completed.

21.Continuance QHSE, ISO best practice processes and customer care standards as per company policy.

22.Make sure complete and timely back up is taken for all the work and exercises every available measure to control and minimize costs.

23.Responsible for handing client technical queries.

24.Responsible to prepare & maintain the project documentation on time as per the standards.

25.Preparation & Submission of project documents like method statement, Risk matrix, PM schedule, CM Details, Material inventory, Timesheet, Site tracker, Handing over documents, Invoice plan, Commercial register etc,

26.Preparation of Weekly, monthly report. Preparation of required PPT for contract execution with required bar charts.

Qualification - Professional Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication, IT

Experience -

Engineering Graduate with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing customer support services for security & telecom systems.

Preferred Experience 2-3 years in Middle East region & having valid Oman driving license. 1 year Oil & Gas Industrial security projects experience.

The ELV products include Industrial & Commercial CCTV, Integrated high end Access Control, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Intruder Alarm, PAGA systems, Physical Control Equipment, PIDS, BMS, VDP, Gate Automation & residential systems, etc. In addition, the incumbent MUST have related in-depth knowledge on IT & Telecom systems inclusive of database management, Fiber systems, Server & Storage systems, Active & passive components, operations in connection with ELV systems specified above.
