Ø  To superviseall site civil activities and repair to the structure to ensure that work is carriedout as per the required standards mentioned in the civil work scope.Ø  Support andexecute civil maintenance activities by defining the scope, calculating resourcesrequired, establishing standards and protocols, requesting resources,Ø  schedulingand coordinating staff and SUBCONTRACTORS, resolving designproblems inconsultation with COMPANY.Ø  Generate alltesting protocols, certificates and other documentations that are aligned tothe established standards and linked to the respective equipment within the CMMS.Ø  Provide constructionsupervision for earthworks and concrete work and monitor the contractors toensure that it is being executed in accordance with drawings and specifications.Ø  Implementthe developed scheduled maintenance on Civil and ensure all work history anddata is entered into the CMMS system.Ø  Organise thematerials and equipment for the WORK.Ø  Acquire PTWcertificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder.Ø  Workextended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required RequirementsMore than 5years' experience in civil works preferably in the petrochemical/ oil and gasor power generation industry Degree in Civil Engineering Ø  Englishlanguage read, write and speaking to IELTS level 4.Ø  Able to workwith computers, word, excel, and windows.Ø  Robustknowledge of deep excavations, trenching, and shoring techniques within operatingindustrial facilities.Ø  Robustunderstanding of soils classifications when determining safe sloping, benching,and shoring requirements. Knowledgeof how to use common survey equipment such as total station, levels, order to verify critical foundations and equipment location ​
