Barista

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Salalah. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the workspace, managing inventory, and operating point-of-sale systems. The Barista is also expected to foster a welcoming environment and support The Good Company's high standards for hospitality and product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills, including preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for engaging with team members and customers
• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and create a positive guest experience
• Familiarity with Food Preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Passion for coffee and a dedication to staying updated on industry trends
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent is recommended
