We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and proven experience in sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Present and promote company products/solutions to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
