Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Muscat for a Bartender. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, maintaining bar inventory and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include creating and recommending beverage menus, adhering to health and safety regulations, and working closely with the restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bartending, beverage preparation, and mixology
  • Customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests professionally and courteously
  • Knowledge of bar inventory management and the ability to maintain supplies and cleanliness
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment is a plus
  • Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred
