Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Bawshar. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to present, sell, and promote RIKAZ's residential projects. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client records. The role also requires collaboration with the sales team and active participation in training sessions to stay updated on the company's offerings and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and the ability to convey information effectively
- Proven ability in Sales and a strong aptitude for identifying opportunities and closing deals
- Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques
- High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a bonus
