  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSE considerations into all stages of project planning and execution, ensuring risks are managed effectively.
  • Maintain and update QHSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Engage with external regulatory bodies during inspections and audits, demonstrating the company's commitment to maintaining high QHSE standards.
  • Facilitate the implementation of emergency response plans, conducting drills and simulations to ensure staff are prepared for potential crises.
  • Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, preparing reports for management that highlight trends and areas requiring attention.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organization, encouraging employee participation in QHSE initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive in its QHSE strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Professional certifications such as HACCP L4 / Food Safety / NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent recognized QHSE credentials are essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in QHSE roles, preferably within Industrial or corporate Catering
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations with a proven track record of implementing corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and their practical application in the workplace.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on QHSE metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in using QHSE management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Gulf Driving License will be an advantage.
