Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Muscat, Oman. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, primarily coffee, and tea, to customers. Daily tasks include taking customer orders, making recommendations, preparing and serving food items, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. The Barista will also engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle cash transactions accurately.

Qualifications

  • Barista and Food Preparation skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
