About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing FMCG MCS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding brand displays that attract customers and increase visibility within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the full availability of the
    MSL (Must Stock List)
    in the assigned market.
  • Implement and maintain brand-specific visual merchandising standards.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Optimize shelf space and product visibility using creative display techniques.
  • Accurately use company software for daily reporting and tracking.
  • Report on
    in-store consumer behavior, competitor activities
    , and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    section managers and store staff
    .
  • Conduct daily visits, place replenishment orders, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in FMCG merchandising within Oman.
  • Proven record of achievements in previous merchandising roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    Omani retail channels
    and consumer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Must hold a
    valid Omani driving license
