Preventive Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform preventive maintenance services (oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, inspections).

• Carry out brake services including pad, rotor, and caliper replacement.

• Handle suspension repairs and replacements (shocks, struts, control arms, bushings).

• Replace and top-up various fluids (engine oil, transmission, coolant, brake fluid, differential, power steering).

• Conduct basic diagnostics and report any additional required repairs.
Quality & Safety

• Ensure all work meets company service standards and safety requirements.

• Follow manufacturer guidelines for maintenance and repairs.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Service Center Supervisor for job allocation.

• Support colleagues by sharing technical expertise when needed.

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Customer Service

• Treat customer vehicles with care and respect.

• Communicate clearly with supervisors about additional service needs.

• Minimum 2 years of proven automotive technician experience (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and general auto repair.
• Ability to perform brake, suspension, and fluid replacement jobs independently.
• Basic understanding of different car brands and models.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or diploma in Automotive Technology.
• Experience in quick lube or multi-brand service centers.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Requires standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical repair work.
• May involve indoor and outdoor working conditions.
• Weekend or evening shifts may be required based on business needs.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality workmanship.
• Team player with a proactive work ethic.

Working Hours:
• 10 hours per day, 6 days a week
• Shift Options: o Split shift: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Day Off: Friday
• Annual Leave: 1 month paid leave per year

Work Environment:
• Busy service center with indoor/outdoor bays
• Requires standing, walking, and supervision of physical work

• Monthly Salary: OMR 150 – 235 (based on experience and qualifications)
