Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and versatile Software Programmer with 2 to 4 years of experience in both frontend and backend development to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The candidate will be outsourced to work with the Government Entity; the ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full-stack development, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Stack Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of software applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for user interfaces, APIs, and server-side logic.

2. Frontend Development:

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks like Oracle APEX, Angular, React, or

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

3. Backend Development:

- Build robust and scalable server-side applications using languages like PLSQL, Java, C#, Python, or

- Design and manage databases (SQL or NoSQL) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

4. Integration and APIs:

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.

• Collaborate with third-party services and APIs as required.
  
  5. Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality.

• Debug and resolve issues across the entire stack.
  
  6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, analysts, and testers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, and code reviews.
  
  7. Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system design, API documentation, and user manuals.
  
  8. Compliance and Security:
• Ensure software compliance with organizational standards and security protocols.
• Implement best practices for data protection and privacy.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Suggest and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
  
   Technical Skills: Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React, ). Strong backend development skills using languages like Java, C#, Python, or Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MongoDB). o Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with government or public sector projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Job Location
• Muscat, Oman (Candidate must be willing to relocate or already based in Muscat.
