Candidate Profile

  • Strong creativity with the ability to produce engaging visuals for marketing materials, packaging, websites, exhibitions, and corporate identity.
  • Experience working within the FMCG industry or similar commercial environments.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into cohesive design concepts aligned with brand culture and goals.
  • Skilled in collaborating with marketing, sales, and copywriting teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture and design preferences.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Membership in professional bodies such as CSD or ISTD preferred.
  • Additional certifications in 3D design, communication design, fine arts, illustration, photography, film/television, or visual arts.
  • Valid driving license.

Experience

  • 3 5 years of professional experience in commercial design, ideally with a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across print and digital media.
  • Experience in creating designs for marketing campaigns, product advertising, and brand promotion.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, QuarkXPress, Dreamweaver.
  • Experience in WordPress templates and web design.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to develop mockups, multimedia presentations, and digital layouts.
  • Strong conceptual, visual, and creative abilities.
  • Up-to-date awareness of design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging creative techniques.
