Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage HR operations, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Coordinate payroll and employee records
- Handle employee relations and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law
- Support overall HR administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 7–10 years of HR experience (construction sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
