Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Khasab, Oman. The Land Surveyor will conduct surveys and gather data to determine land boundaries, contours, and other features to support construction projects and development plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps, reports, and drawings.
- Determine the accuracy of existing data and make necessary adjustments.
- Communicate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements.
- Identify potential issues or challenges that may arise during surveys.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while working on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD and GIS.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary of $1,000 per month, along with visa sponsorship for non‑Omani nationals.
Additional Information
This position does not require fluency in English; basic communication skills would be beneficial.
