- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication/manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of aluminium systems and fabrication processes, including Windows & Doors, Curtain Walls, Cladding, Louvers, and related aluminium products .
- Factory production management expertise — planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, machine utilization, production capacity, productivity, and meeting project delivery targets.
- Excellent knowledge of drawings, specifications and quality requirements , with the ability to coordinate with Technical Office, Estimation, Projects, Procurement and QA/QC teams.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills , with proven ability to manage production teams, reduce waste and rework, improve efficiency, control costs, and maintain quality, safety, and on-time delivery .
