• Support the planning and execution of program sessions, events, and ecosystem activities
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics with mentors, partners, and participants
• Track program progress and follow up on deliverables and updates
• Assist with onboarding mentors and participants
• Maintain program documentation, reports, and session summaries
• Support communication with startups across relevant platforms
• Assist in facilitating sessions and resolving operational issues when needed
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor as per projects requirements
• Learn and use Brinc tools and materials to support team operations Qualifications
• Strong communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient Google Suite, Airtable, Notion, Hubspot, and other strong IT and AI skills
• A degree holder in Project Management, Business Administration or a related technical or business discipline
