Qualifications
• Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in luxury hotels or fine dining environments.
• Strong guest service, hospitality, and interpersonal skills with a focus on courteous, professional interaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, room service procedures, and basic food safety and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate orders, billing, and presentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in a hotel environment.
