Market Competitive Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Project Manager to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing and delivering projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, and issues.
- Implement effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead and manage project teams and ensure effective coordination.
- Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, health, and safety requirements.
- Manage project handover and ensure successful project completion. Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project activities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- PMP or other relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in Oman or GCC will be preferred.
