* Job Summary Responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing electrical product guidance, preparing quotations and invoices, handling sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable electrical products.
- Provide product knowledge on switchgear, cables, lighting, wiring accessories, breakers, and related items.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Handle cash/credit transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Promote products and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
- Maintain customer relationships and report sales updates. Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in electrical sales/counter sales preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical materials and components.
- Experience with billing software/ERP (ERPNext or Tally is an advantage).
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
